Time to highlight the man that's been hyped over the last few days. The Amazing Red has been a part of the wrestling world for the last eleven years. He would receive his training from former ECW champion Mikey Whipwreck. He would debut in 2000, taking the NY Indy scene by storm. In 2001, he and cousin Joel Maximo received an invitation to compete in CZW, debuting against the Briscoe Brothers. The match would receive a standing ovation, which was special given that the crowds in New Jersey at the time were pretty fickle at times. Red would return two months later, alongside Joel and the debuting Jose. The three would be placed in a three way dance against one another, again wowing the audience. They would return once again a month later, first appearing as a trio a week before the Best of the Best event. Only Red advanced through the first round of the tournament. The next month, at the first TV taping, the trio faced Divine Storm and Brian XL in a spectacular match that solidified the spot for all six men in the company. The next night, Red would defeat Brian XL in singles competition. The six men would rematch the following month, with Red scoring the pinfall after landing the first InfraRed in CZW history. Trouble would brew, however, as Red and the SAT left CZW for a few months, returning one last time for Cage of Death III in another amazing six man match.
